Newbie Week

At the start of a new season, no valid store ranks or items are given back for a week. This is to ensure a fair start for all players.

• Store Ranks: Given after 5 days
• Store Tools: Given after 7 days
• Vote Crate: Disabled for 1 day

Prestige Rewards

If you posted proof of prestige, you will receive your rewards after 3 days.

What is reset?

Everything is reset, your tickets, tokens, money, inventory, bank, cells, etc..

What is kept?

Any tags that contain a milestone, such as 'FirstToP100S10', are kept. All store ranks and pickaxes are kept

• Important Note: Pickaxes are valid for 3 seasons after purchase. Check your purchase date to ensure yours is still valid.
